General Information
about the American Historical Association's
2003 Annual Meeting
Meeting Registration
Members are urged to preregister
at the reduced rate of $75 (nonmembers $95, student members and unemployed
$45, student nonmembers $55, precollegiate teachers $20—evidence of employment
is required for the precollegiate teachers' rate) by the cut-off date
of December 4. A preregistration form is included as an insert in the
program, and the form is also available through the AHA headquarters office
and the AHA's web page (http://www.theaha.org/annual).
Attendees must pick up badges and additional meeting materials at the
preregistration booth in the Hilton's Northeast Exhibit Hall beginning
Thursday, January 2, at 12:00 p.m. Registration for members at the meeting
will be $90 (nonmembers $110, student members and unemployed $50, student
nonmembers $60, and precollegiate teachers $25evidence of employment
is required for the precollegiate teachers' rate). The registration desks
will be located in the Hilton's Northeast Exhibit Hall and will be open
during the following hours:

Refund Policy
Advance registrants who are unable
to attend the annual meeting may request a refund of their registration
fee if a written request is postmarked by or on December 20, 2002. Proof
of paymentcopies of front and back of canceled check or copy of
credit card statementmay be required. No refunds will be issued
for requests postmarked after December 20, 2002. Refunds are subject to
a $10 processing fee.
