Resources for the Historical Profession
As the principal umbrella organization for the profession, the AHA is in a unique position to speak to and for the concerns of the professional as a whole. The resources offered on the AHA web range widely, from current information on the historical profession to archival materials that detail the development of the profession over the past 119 years. In addition to these general materials, staff have prepared special resource pages for members of the profession—teachers, public historians, and graduate students—traditionally underserved by the AHA.
