We have kept our paper open until 1 a.m. for election returns, and have just received a special dispatch from McKee & Fishback, the proprietors of the St. Louis Democrat, embodying the joyful intelligence that the three great States which held their elections yesterday, have been carried by the Republicans. We have no time to indulge in comments now, and merely congratulate the friends of ABRAHAM LINCOLN that his triumphant election is now rendered certain.
