Event Description
SAH 78th Annual International Conference
Atlanta, Georgia, USA | April 30–May 4, 2025
Explore the history of buildings, landscapes, and curated spaces — as well as their authors and occupants — at the Society of Architectural Historian’s 78th annual international meeting in Atlanta from April 30 to May 4.
Join more than 500 architectural and art historians, architects, museum professionals, and preservationists for three days of paper sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Choose from a wide array of topics including housing and adaptation, gender and nature, race and wealth, health and urbanism, sound and silence, erasure and resistance, preservation and maintenance, and queer expression. Roundtable discussions, workshops, networking receptions, keynote talks, SAH’s annual awards ceremony, and public architecture tours will round-out the program.
This is a great opportunity to explore new ideas and find unexpected synergies with experts in your field and similar ones. See the full program and register at https://www.sah.org/2025 .
